• These terms apply to services purchased from HSN Innovators and Training Institute through this website.
• Orders are subject to payment verification, package availability, requirements review, and internal approval.
• The full listed package amount must be paid in advance before a standard package order is submitted.
• Work starts after payment verification, scope confirmation, and receipt of the required content, access, and information.
• A refund may be requested within a maximum of 5 calendar days from order submission only when work has not started. Once work starts, the payment becomes non-refundable, even if the 5-day period has not ended.
• Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days. Bank charges, transfer charges, taxes, currency-conversion costs, platform fees, and other payment deductions are non-refundable.
• Third-party services—including APIs, AI usage, WhatsApp charges, CRM subscriptions, premium plugins, hosting upgrades, paid tools, ad spend, domains, and licences—are charged separately unless clearly included.
• Packages marked with “+” show a base price. Additional pages, integrations, revisions, content, or advanced features are quoted separately.
• Delivery time is confirmed after requirements and dependencies are reviewed. Delays caused by missing content, access, approvals, or client feedback may extend the schedule.
• Requests outside the selected package scope are treated as additional work and may require a separate quotation and payment.
• The client must provide lawful content, accurate information, required permissions, and authorised access to accounts and systems.
• Expected visibility, engagement, leads, sales, rankings, automation outcomes, and operational improvements may vary based on market, audience, offer, data quality, tools, execution, competition, and platform conditions.
• Submitted information and files are handled according to our Privacy Policy and used for order verification, communication, service delivery, finance records, fraud prevention, and support.
• Fraudulent, altered, duplicate, or unverifiable payment evidence may result in immediate rejection or cancellation of the order.
• Custom solution requests are reviewed first; payment is made after the final scope, price, and timeline are confirmed.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

• Custom work, completed milestones, delivered work, third-party purchases, licences, domains, hosting, APIs, paid tools, advertising spend, platform charges, taxes, transfer fees, and currency-conversion deductions are non-refundable.

Cancellation

• An eligible order may be cancelled before work starts by contacting us from the same email address used for the order.
• HSN Innovators and Training Institute may cancel or reject an order if payment cannot be verified, information is inaccurate, the requested work is unlawful, or the scope cannot be accepted. Any eligible refundable amount will be handled under this policy.
